The Chili Factory will be roasting fresh Hatch and Pueblo Green Chile every Saturday and Sunday, starting August 29 through the end of September!

🌶️ Roasting starts at 9:00 AM and continues until sold out (typically around 4:00 PM).

Green Chile will be available by:

• The pound
• ½ bushel
• Full bushel

Come early to make sure you get yours!
